Default Fun Christmas project.
Cooey 39 refurbish project

Strip rifle
Sand all blueing off
Strip paint
Re blue using cold blue
Stain and then wax
Reassemble
Now just to take it for some grouse.

I suppose the prior owner was Natalie. Took a bit of sanding to remove the name

The 39 is a great candidate for a fun project like this~thanks for posting! They're accurate little guns too~I hope you'll report back on the first hunt!
