There ain't nuthin better than fresh Dolly. Cooked right, it is absolutely incredible.
Rain soaked cedar plank
Butter
Brown Sugar
Five Spice
Some say it is oily, but they just aren't cooking it right

agreed. the man's a big fish slayer though. if were real lucky will get treated to another pic with the fish mounted on a beautiful wood plaque, and possibly a story about a big achievement from the 80's.

no worries spec. i'm just a big c&r guy when it comes to big fish. i'd much rather see that gal holding a live fish ready to go back, then seeing blood coming from its gills. nothing to do with jealousy. everything to do with respect.

She caught it but in the fight like u see gills got damaged so they kept.. not recorded in WR books in the 25lbs range .. Lance and buddys are Bull Trout Specialist World Class and practice catch and release as they catch lots.. it was caught in river .. another Friends(Freddy) boy got a 25lber in Alberta years ago go to Online in Jasper and ask Mike Owner to see picture.. then years ago a #25 was caught at Muskeg River was Alberta Record but then some jealous people got it removed..
The guys in Hinton are getting 28 to 34 inch Bulls every year and Win Alberta C & R

My guess is Argenta on the N end of Kootenay lake or it could have come out of Slocan Lake too. Or maybe Duncan above the dam...
