Default QF lakes in B.C.

Tried googling but didn't find many results. Anyone have a list of QF lakes in B.C please.

If you check the BC regs that gives it away.. The lakes that have C and R or a one large fish limit are quality.

Going through that list is going to make me blind. There has to be a better info somewhere.

Best trout lakes in BC are the ones you don't hear about

Lots of well known stocked lakes but I would rather catch the big wild stock instead

If you are looking for spots north of Quesnel send me a PM with what you are looking for. I can point you to a couple spots.

Quesnel is a little far north for me, I would like to find something closer to home. But thanks anyways.
In a nut shell, I have the first week of July off work and am wanting to take the tent, tube, and fly rod to a nice lake or two and net some fatties and get some pics. I need to get away from home and B.C. is always nice (and next door). I don't want to spend more than 10-12 hours driving if possible. The less time driving the better. And I don't want a private lake. I'm not paying more to fish as the out of province licence is enough.
If I can find a lake like Bullshead but surrounded by mountains I'd be grinnin. There has to be some where out there that fits the bill.

Send me a PM, I won't tell you my favorite lakes. Won't tell you my secret fly. Won't telll you what rock to stand on. But I will point you in the right direction. The rest will be up to you.

And there is lots of them! Go to the Kamloops area, lots of good trout fishing. Spend a couple days there, then head north to Little Fort and Hwy24.
