Exclamation Sylvan this saturday!

Hey all -

I'll be up at sylvan this saturday if any of you central folks want to get together for an ice session - I hear its still about 2 feet of ice so I'm thinking I'll go out and test my luck drilling a few holes.

I'll be in the sunbreaker cove area, PM me if you want to meet up for a beer or a few hours of fishin!

Don't forget your shovel, trust it's not a hand auger, if so that will be a challenge. If it's a power auger, you may need an extension. This was taken a week or two ago. I'm stuck in the city, big snow here in Edm, hope the weather improves & their forecast for next week is somewhat accurate ...

Zip ...

I hand bombed holes on newell for the last two months of the season. I like 5 holes for my tent and that was 2-3 foot ice. 27 inches too much to drill a hole by hand???

Unfortunately, my trip may be cancelled due to circumstances out of my control, but I do thank you two for your input. I was planning on hand bombing the holes just to keep my weight down if I had to walk to far! Oh well
