Question on foodsaver seal

My wife bought me a food saver for my birthday. I made a batch of jerky and while sealing noticed this seal keeps popping out which make it keep a vaccume and not sense it is done and seal it.

anyone else have this issue?

Should not be happening. Take it back and get a new one, this one is defective.

We just bought the same machine & did 40 lbs of jerky. That seal never moved.

Definitely exchange it before it's too late. Defective for sure. That should not be happening.

I see they can be replaced so my guess is the adhesive may not be in that spot. Going to see if they have another at the store, got it at Canadian Tire
