Default Clear Lake

I 'm thinking of going to Clear Lake this weekend and I wonder if anyone has any info on how the gators are biting

very sharply make sure you use wire leaders, I had 30 pound braid bitten off last week. Heard they are biting good on red smelts.

Just use red food dye on any plain smelts. Works well.

I just use plain old smelts, they seem to work just fine too. 16 pike cant be wrong
