I really think we should get some flags with the A.O. logo on them.. We could fly them on our shanties, hunting camps even our trucks if we wanted..
What do you think Rob why don't you get a few made up or put them up for order and put them up for sale,, just another source of revenue...
Maybe we should get a list of orders going to get a fire lit boys who wants to start it..

great idea............good way to identify friend or foe on the ice. I always enjoy talking to people on the ice but most of the time they are none to interested to talk to me great idea

Yeah there have been several threads on this subject anyone wants to find me I sport the one on my truck then a flag that sticks in the ice or it has a pin back aswell I just pin to the tent

I'm sorry to hear that man. Don't give up on your quest for friendlies on the ice, or anywhere for that matter. Sooner or later you will encounter a free-born Albertan (me) who will talk your ear off. Some of them Saskatchewan fellas can be right chatty also. Just try not to get too close with the truck. Some guys get a bit touchy (me again) when they see a Dodge Rammin' a pressure wave at 'em!!!

Back to the post. I think Mooseknuckle has the right idea and he seems to have been the only one to embrace the idea. Looks good to me...but need a logo for the tent. heck, n I dont even ice fish...yet? Moose, ur signs look gr8 2 me? I would purchase if in the area.

Sounds like a plan. Only problem is What's local to you?? Western Canada
sidenote - after that insane hailstorm this summer at Enchant, personally I'd be putting extra pegs in, wind can go from 0 to 60 in 20 seconds out there, as I am sure u know. Cheers
