Default Who wants a man cave? Reeves?

Here's a nice abode for blue oval fans, or anyone if you're handy with a paint roller. Forget the house, scroll to the pics of the shop.

I opted out because the bench grinder was too close to the countertop ice-machine, nobody wants gritty ice :

That seems like a smoking deal too.

I think the drawback is its close proximity to the QE2, not exactly country quiet there. Personally I don't like the proximity to high voltage lines either, I guess I'm a bit phobic of those, even though lower voltage power runs through all of my walls. But yeah, for all that's there comparing it to my inner-city lot & its market value that looks to be a way better bargain.

Not to mention the close proximity to all those yuppies in Okotoks.

Saw pics of the shop on another site.
Not my kind of shop.
Mine is a very busy work shop with so many things going on it would shock many.
Would be nice to have more room....walls are full & now have stuff hanging from the ceiling !
