Default Roland on the River

Is it true that they have closed up for good? Was looking at booking a couple of spots again this summer and found a notice that they were closed for good. BEL

If they are I suspect not long before someone else takes over. It would be a big time loss if they quit.

Am betting it's a rumour only. Closed for winter but I doubt if for good.

It would be a great loss. A pretty good campsite with people who deliver fantastic service. Any idea when they would open again for registering for spots? Maybe April 1? Thanks. BEL

Just talked to them, they are not closed. Google wanted $300+ to list them. She said there is no intention of closing.

Oh thank god!!! Good news. Pretty dirty for Google to do something like that. They listed it as permanently closed. BEL

Been going there for years. Glad it wasn't true. Roland and Betty do a great job taking care of you. I love that place. Hope to spend more time there this summer.

Default Correct me if I am wrong

I was under the impression that a large number of units stay in that park year round.

Roland on the River is a campground just to the NE of Slave Lake. West of where the Lesser Slave river crosses HiwAY 88. BEL
