help mounting bow mount trolling motor

[Triple Threat]

I'm looking at mounting a bow mount trolling motor,but I can't get access to the under side of the bow to bolt with any type of backing plate for strength. does anyone know how the mount the front cleats on. I tried to take one of the screws out but it was just spinning. any other ideas would be great.

I thought of using those spring anchors but not to sure if they will work. some help would be nice from some of you that will know more about this than me. Thanks very much.
