Anyone on here fish the vanity? I see the weights were way down again. It's really gone year after year. Was it low current or bad weather this year?
It's seems to me that if 160 boats can't catch the big ones there the population is in trouble.
Not bad weather but low water clarity. Not many fish caught period and very few big fish. I believe that many of the fish were pushed into the big lake after the mud from the North Saskatchewan River came in last month. There was about 12" of visibility and it wasn't improving for the week I was there. If the waters clean...the fishing will get better.
