Default Athabasca near Whitecourt Question

How is the river and streams in the Whitecourt area? Would they be fishable next week?

Thanks in advance.

I drove through whitecourt Monday on my way up north. Still very high and fast. I would stick to lakes for a little while before they calm down a bit, there's a big snow pack up high and it may be a while before the rivers in that area are good to go.

Windfall is probably good as it takes a lot to dirty it
