looking for name or fishing regs on it.

The Rosebud river is just a couple of miles (2) North of Irricana. Suckers,Carp,a few pike,and maybe a Sauger further downstream. Crossfield creek is on the North side of Irricana and runs in to the Rosebud river about a mile East of Irricana.

Could be Service Berry creek and I know they have pulled some carp out of it.
