Default Reloading Bullets: Ballistic tips vs Bonded bullets

Hey everyone,
Another question to seek advice from people who know more on the topic than I do.

I am looking at reloading bullets for whitetail deer. 30-06 165 grain @ 2700-2800 FPS muzzle velocity.

I have traditionally shot (300 win mag @ 3200 FPS accubonds). But have recently moved to a 30-06

If the muzzle velocity is 2700-2800 am I better off going with a softer more rapid expansion than a bonded bullet at those speeds.
Animal Ranges from 20-400 yards

My initial thought is for Nosler Ballistic tips but wonder how the hornady SST compares. If it’s a bonded bullet it will be a Nosler Accubond.
Thanks in Advance
