Default Frank Lake Fishing Derby

Since the town of High River has been a major supporter of Frank Lake, they are talking about holding a fishing derby. The only obstacle so far has been from local birding groups saying that this event would disrupt the birds habitat. I think that this event could be a win win for both parties.

Has this got anything to do with it being April 1st?

There any fish in Frank Lake ? Always thought of it as a slough and it's April 1.

Do you think you could take me out before the derby and show me a couple spots BadBack? I'll even pay for all the gas on the way out

There is a deep spring fed spot out in the middle that holds fish.

Not sure, but some of the big browns I pull out of there are pretty soft.

Might try smoking them.
