Default Sled or side by side

Well I know the season is over but someone planted a bug in my ear about a winter hunt next year, so it got me to thinking. Can a side by side with tracks go through snow like a sled can?

It can do a lot of things with tracks, but not as much fun as asked would be.

I will be buying a set of tracks for my Rhino next year to make it more versitile for me with my boys in winter months

Some sled trails too narrow for SXS , If you get stuck with no trees around a lot of digging , if you break down a sled won't pull you out. Hard on fuel compared to a sled

A tracked SxS UTV would have a BIG problem with the DEEP SNOW in the MTN'S./TREES areas. on the other hand the second pix, a Alpina Snowmobile woud do it for you.

Trapper on the Grazing lease I hunt regularly, has been using a tracked side by side. Works well for him and leaves nice paths to walk in, even after another dump.
