Battle lake, Moose Lake, and Pinehurst would be top of my list personally. Sask is probably a pretty good choice, I'm just not too familiar. Been to some nice lakes there as well.
I’m curious, why do you think Pinehurst is a good option here, seeing as it’s surrounded by a park?

Possibly Moose and Battle, nothing available on Pinehurst unless your interested in buying the cabins on the SE end of the lake. If that is still for sale..
