Training dog for grouse

Does anybody know any techniques on teaching a puppy to track grouse? I have 13 week old pure bread beagle!

I used grouse wings, I'm headn to calg next week, I've got a few spare if u need any, cheers

You need to teach them what the smell is and what their job is. Wings are a good start.
