Grim reaper razor tip help

I have put these on 5 of my arrows and 2 of them the 3 blades are not staying locked into place. Any idea how to fix this or are they shot right out of the package

Check to see that the blades are properly held in place by the circular collar and that the key on the ferrule is between the space on the collar. Then make sure the small metal ring is beneath that, followed by the spring and cup.

Sorry for the hijack Stephen. Make sure you have the collar and spring set up in the right order.
