Got another 4 today, CBA had 3 by the time I left and the guy beside me had 5. Crazy evening for sure!

was at herm monday morning and watched a young fellow in a cast (broken leg from bullriding) fight a sturgeon for 30 min before shaking (bending) his hook. once it breached straight up out of the water. magnificant sight.

Didn't realize herm was a good dino spot. Plucked/seen pike, eye and suckers.

Came in like a wreccccccccking balllllll - 38"

Also buddy caught one of CBAs from the night prior an hour before I got this one.

Got out for a few hours last night to kick off my vacation!

Smallest of the bunch yesterday, adorable. It weighed close to 12 pounds when I was reeling it in, and once I removed the weeds it was magically back down to ~2, d'aww.

I have never seen someone so consistant on sturgeon.
Im going for my first this year.

Took a lot of time to learn the ins and outs of the river, but it proved worthwhile in the end.
