Thumbs up A Great Day at Peckers Place

A great day at Peckers place.

My buddy Pecker and I went out to his little lake hidden; in a land far far away and were fortunate enough to catch 25 pike. The action was nonstop other than the hour we had to take a break from the blizzard.

We kept our limit of six, over 63 cm. and believe it or not it was actually fun having to throw back the other ones. We were busy all day, I really did not think a person could catch that many pike in a day.

We had a great day and I even got to try out my automatic ice fisherman (works just like it says it does) that my wife gave me for my birthday.
Our Marcum flasher worked great, once we started to hook the pike we put it away.

Ice was 34 inches thick and the water was 5' to 6' deep.
An excellent day with a good friend a few beers and fish of course...

Here are a few picks from the Slaying...
