Default Savage 10-ml breech plug replacement?

So here's how it went.... I was attempting to change my vent liner in my 10-ml2. Instead of letting it soak for a month in kroil, i attempted to force it out... well, I now have a vent liner broken off inside my breech plug. Once upon a time my shop had after market replacement ones, they don't anymore. Would anyone know where to get a replacement?
