Short term solution.
We need to teach the next gen of retiree's that the purpose of me having kids was not so they could have a pension.
Our soldiers should be paid better. Allow them to earn a wage where they can save more appropiately for retirement rather then nursing the boob of mother Canada until death stops the milk.
