Default Homemade Cinnamon Apple Brandy Liqueur

Laying down the xmas liqueurs.
Broke out the handy dandy apple slicer- dusted with cinnamon and into the dehydrator overnite. Then into a mesh jelly bag and into a crock of brandy and sugar syrup for about 6 weeks.

Got the same apple corer/peeler/slicer. Ours is old as dirt and clamps to the counter. Works like a darn.
Good luck with your x-mas cheer.

It makes it feel like fall when I use that thing.

Using the dried rings in the liqueur to flavor, but then I will save the brandy soaked rings for a flaming xmas dessert of some sort.

What's xmas without a little fire:?!!!!!!

It reminds us of fall. Making pies, jams and jellies. Except I cheat and take the handle off and attach to a cordless drill. Really speeds it up.lol
