Default stolen dirtbike.... HELP!

Hey guys, so I suffered some more bad luck. Someone broke into my shed last Monday night and stole my dirt bike. Its a white 2008 CRF450R. It is a pretty unique bike, and shouldn't be hard to locate unless they are currently parting it out. I live in Sherwood Park, it was taken on Oct 20 at about 2:45 am. I caught him walking up on my security cameras but not really any good clear video.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of my bike, I'm not really one to flaunt any of my stuff. But it has a One Industries Camo decal kit, Leo Vince exhaust and a black and red Honda gripper seat cover. I included a picture of what the decal kit looks like

Anyone with any information would be greatly appreciated

I will keep and eye out for it. White 08 crf450 (older style). I feel for you dude. Had a RM250 stolen from me when I lived down south. Never retrieved it. Out $2500.00. Still ****ed 20 years later. Good Luck.

Rotten Scumbags! That really irks me to hear of theft. It is curious that they knew you keep the bike in the shed? Could have watched you put it away perhaps or someone in the neighborhood. Sucks nevertheless.

What area of Sherwood Park if I may ask? There has been a real uprising in thefts in Sherwood Park lately. Hopefully the police find the person responsible. Hopefully they have my tools as well

Make sure you check kijiji on a daily basis. Lots of stolen gear shows up on there.

I wonder who saw you put it away and noted to come back for it. Seems like he knew what he was after. Talk to your neighbours and show them the video.... someone might recognize the guy.

Yes that is what it looks like. The sides of the seat were red and the top was black. The pipe looked similar to stock other than the logo on it that was partly hidden by the number plate.

I still haven't heard anything about it. Any info would be greatly appreciated

You'd be better off watching kijiji ads in Sask and maybe Manitoba..pretty sure they aren't required to 'register' their bikes.. no registry means no lien check, etc.

Also keep an eye on the 'parts' sections..parting out stuff is another way of making money off this. Someone with 'several' parts off your model might be worth a visit.

It sure sucks. Had a buddy loose his highly modified bike to theft.

There is definitely a thief in your area, be watching for a guy with a serious and perminant limp wondering around. He seems to bugger off down the trail by the lake some where. Poor guy just doesn't learn, it maybe someone else but a known late night lurker non the less.
