Default "A" for effort, "F" for execution

Moving in shortly, just need to fix a few things first. "A" for effort, "F" for execution.

That looks like my neighbors fine work, you should see his really bad projects. Everything he does is on the cheap and it has to be done quick, then he spends more effort redoing & repairing.

Efficient, too. No need to flush, water from washing your hands flushes it!

Default True craftsmanship!

They have definitely earned a gold star for those works of art.

Actually, these are pretty good compared to some of the Condos built in the last boom!!

Elevator shafts that were crooked (THINK 12 flights of stairs), Patios that rose while the Building sank (Look east of the Convention Center on Bellamy Hill for that one), Parkade entrances too light for the fire truck resulting in the building being condemned until the fire pumper connection was moved and the concrete floor replaced (Think MILLIONS in condo assessments).

But yeah, good help is hard to find.

[QUOTE=Bub;3868462]

I was in a bar in nowhere Missouri one time with a door setup like this. The one difference was a hook/eye closure instead of a handle. Hilarious!

That bathroom door would compromise your privacy if there were any really short people or limbo dancers around!

Looks like quality Yellowknife work, I kid you not. My apartment up there had fake fire sprinklers among other issues that seem very familiar from some of those pics.
