Cutbank, Kakwa, and Sheep Creek near Grande Cache if you don't mind driving a bith further. Sheep Creek has tons of bulls.
I've heard that Redrock and Nose creeks are good but haven't been out to them yet. Also, the Torrens river by Two Lakes is at the top of my list for this year - cutthroats!
I've found some pools on the Kakwa where the grayling are amazing.
You'll also find Rocky Mountain Whitefish in Kakwa and its tributaries.
The Wapiti and Smoky are OK if you have a river boat to find the good pools, but hike-in access points are very limited.
As far as I'm aware, all streams and rivers in ES4 are closed until June 1 and they're usually high and muddy until late July so I wouldn't bother going before then.
