Default Fishing with Children near Calgary...Places to go?

Hello Everyone,
My son, who is 5 years old, is hooked on fishing thanks to his Saskatchewan Grandpa! I grew up fishing in SK, not in AB....we live in Calgary and I am looking for easy places to go fishing with kids - no boat, and a 5 year old and a 3 year old in tow, so it needs to be easy access!!
We have gone to Allen Bill Pond near Bragg Creek several times, yet am looking for some other ideas...
Help? Any directions/names of places are greatly appreciated - within a 60 - 90 minute drive from Calgary...
Thanks,
Lea

Easy answer PCR Pine Coulee Res. An hr south of Calgary and TONS of Walleye all C&R but the kids will catch fish allday with just a bobber and a worm. Fish right off the dock or under the bridge.

Chain Lakes west of Nanton or south of Bragg Creek/Black Diamond/Longview is a really nice and kid friendly, no nasty spillways and such and stunningly gorgeous countryside no matter what route you go,,, the trout are a tad small but so are your kids so it's all relative.

Mclean Pond out by Bragg Creek is a kid friendly place to fish.

Carburn Park is right in Calgary and has perch and small pike. Sibbald ponds out in K country is a good one for kids too.
