Default Donations of Used Fishing Gear

Hey Gang,

Just wondering if there is somewhere I can donate used fishing lures and tackle? I have inherited some and received others as gifts and I just can't see myself needing/using all of it. Trying to scale down and find a good home for it instead of just letting it sit. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Default Good Will?

These places will take your fishing gear and sell it. Goodwill (for charity), Value Village (for profit)

Break it down into lures, gear, reels, rods, what have you and put it on buy and sell and donate the money.

Or, Alberta fish and game chapter somewhere for use in their kids day programs

I called them, super appreciative of any gear donations. They had a break-in this summer and lost alot. I guess the Scouts are on the property too and all their stuff was stolen as well Thank You!
