Kudo's to The Fishin' Hole

After some discussion about panners on this forum, I decided to order the wired Marcum panner. Sadly, it came missing the gear attached to the motor that rotates the camera. I sent the info to Marcum (still no response btw) and to The Fishin' Hole, TFH sent me the parts and I have installed the missing pieces. Marcum, OTOH, still hasn't even acknowledged my message via their website.
