Default Anyone been to Cree River Lodge via Stony Rapids in Norther Sask?

Looking at a possible trip there next year, was wondering if anyone had any experiences with them. Any thoughts/opinions on the place would be appreciated. And if you recommend any other lodges that would be comparable that's great to. Thanks

Sorry I do not have any info on the lodge. However, a buddy of mine went to the lake and the fishing was absolutely amazing for him. His biggest lake trout was around 18 lbs, his biggest pike was 33 lbs (if I remember correctly) and he had six other pike over 20. That's not even counting what his group caught, just him.

I've been to many lodges all over western Canada and you won't find any better if you enjoy catching many huge fish. Just returned Sunday night, caught the 3 largest pike of my life, 44", 46 1/2" and a 49". 25 pike over 40" in our group. Walleye is just as insane.

I talk to the Cree RIVER guys at the sportsman show every year. Real nice guys. I've never fished there though.

Easy mistake to make, that's why I asked the question.
