Just at the Caresland turn off. There used to be a road to drive down to the river. Just above the dam.
The other members will have more up to date info that I do but it is not that hard to find. If in a canoe it is the last place to stop before the boom above the dam.
Policeman's is not even close to Carseland, unless there's another one.

Policemans flats is on the south side of the river, at the big bend of the Bow, as the river turns and flows east. Go down south of Calgary towards Okotoks, and turn east onto Dunbow road. Then about 5km down this road, a little side road heads down to a parking lot and boat launch on the river. Then you are at Policemans flats.
