Default Anyone hitting the mountain streams for opener?

Just wondering if anyone else is going to chance the blown out rivers and creeks and head out for our mountain streams this weekend! Im going regardless and have a few back-up plans if i find myself fishless. Curious to see how many other crazy folk there are out there that are going to try and hook them fresh lips, whatever the outcome may be....

I'm defiantly going to take a tour and see what's going on up there, like you I do have a few backup plans though. I'm definitely itching to hit some rivers.

Heading down to Crowsnest/Fernie region, heard mixed reviews of conditions. Looks like it's going to be some tough fishing.

Should probably not waste your time fishing for trout in Alberta. I heard Manitoba is where its at!

I am going out sunday regardless of river conditions or weather. Cant wait to get on the rivers. From what I have seen some of the rivers down south here could defiently be fishable, 2-4 ft of viz good luck every body
