Default Survival bracelet pics

Survival bracelet I made using 550 paracord with emergency whistle in the buckle. Tied off using button knots so the whole thing can be taken apart & re-tied easily.

I initially made a couple of these for my son & his friend. As of now I've made over 20 of these for the other kids in their school. When my son asks for one for a classmate, I always ask if the other kid good or bad cuz' if they're bad they aren't getting one.

The biggest draw of this bracelet? The whistle!

Nice Job.
I want one in gold where the whistle makes cat-calls

The ones I make for adults have a special whistle that makes you irresistible to members of the opposite sex. Really.

But you have to pay me in advance. I prefer gold bullion.

Default Nice

Very nice and a whistle to boot. I have a few stockings to fill if you make extras.

Seriously though, what do you charge for one? If it is a situation there you are doing it for a charity or even a fund raiser I would be interested in supporting you.

I have one with a few matches, fishing hook and fishing line inside it.

Got it for xmas from my brother, and apparently if I ever use it - I can send it back to the makers along with the story of why I used it and they will send back a new one!

Where did you source the whistle clips from?
We made a few single strand bracelets with the kids this summer but used the 3/8 clips. The whistle adds some versatility to the bracelet.

Campers Village, Edmonton.

Mountain Equipment Coop's website also shows they have them. At MEC you have to buy the male buckle (whistle) part from the female separately.
