Yup, Marcum is very good. Have an LX9 plus 825 and 820 cameras.

Bought the vexilar fishphone last year. Kinda wish I had waited cuz I like the PanCam.

I just wish they'd send me some stuff for free to try out. It's pricey and doesn't really take pictures of the kids. Tough sell with the wife, haha.

Before you run out and buy the first link. How long will the battery last in your phone runing one of these things. You may be very disapointed. I would check your phone out with some app to see how long the battery lasts. My phone won't last a couple hrs using the GPS apps. My reg underwater camera will last most of the day ice fishing. Put your phone in movie mode and see how long it lasts. Just my 5 cents. No pennies anymore.

On that note, how viewable is your phone/tablet when not indoors? Good in tent. Not so good even in a truck.
Power not an issue if you are in the truck(can leave plugged in). Also can get power packs to continue use if in a tent I guess.

I bought mine for when I want to use a tipup a ways from the tent(can use camera without stringing out cables). Dont have to worry about someone driving by and over your camera cable.

Default New toys from Marcum

Buyer Beware, the Marcum PanCam App is not compatible w/my Nexus 7 Android Tablet.

Best to check before plunking down your dough.

Looks like I'm sticking w/my Vexilar FishPhone.

As for phone battery life while viewing. I purchased this...

http://www.monoprice.com/mobile/Prod...1083110&cpnCd=

For $30 I get 2 full charges, coupling that with turning the tablet's brightness to 60% it lasts me all day. In a dark tent 60% is more than enough to see perfectly. As an added bonus the built in flashlight has come in handy more than once.
