After 15 failed stalks i finally managed to get close enough to this guy
opening day in zone 104

my first deer and bow harvest, got asked how old I thought he was, i guessed 3.5 ish?

Called in a bull for a buddy holiday Monday, first to 19 yards no shot… bull bolted and I stopped him at 42 with cow call… double lung pass through and a full freezer results.

No pics to contribute, but I did take a cow Elk last weekend. Very happy to have more Elk for the freezer.
