Default Butchers in and around Calgary opened Sundays?

Cant believe all the butchers are closed Sundays? Where does everyone get their animals processed on weekends!?!? Just got a deer and everything is closed in Calgary and north.

(403) 470-2968 not sure if that's the shop number or the one he posts each year as a 24/7 number. Good luck and congrats

Go to the webpage for Ryan's meats. He has an after hours number as well.

Default mobile butcher service

We interviewed a butcher the other day who mentioned that he would do mobile game processing. He would come to your house and do it.
His intagram handle is Meat Prey Love.
Hes a hunter, butcher, has youtube chef videos, so I'd say he's more than qualified.

We usually do our own but think we're going to hire him to do one just to learn some things.
Hope this helps.

Interesting, the only reason I don't do it myself is because apartment living but if he came and did it out of the back of a trailer or something, would be a decent business idea.

It's gotta be skinned if you take it to Rocky's. Hands down the best wild game sausages if that's what you're looking for. Swiss bacon smokies and fresh italian sausage are my two favorites.

Ryan's Meats will take your game after hours. I was at Noel's place and he just got back from his shop helping a guy skin his deer after hours.

Make sure that they keep your meat separate from others so many butchers will just process several deer at the same time or moose or Elk to save having to clean grinders ban saws etc. You end up with other peoples game in your freezer and you chance how well they handled the meat from kill to cutting table.
