WMU 214 - Hunting Deer and Elk (land permission granted)
A farmer friend recently granted me permission to hunt 400 acres of his land near Cremona (WMU 214).
I know there is a huge deer population. I am confident in getting a nice whitetail. Any tips would still be appreciated.
Has anyone seen any elk in this area?
I will be hunting with a bow and rifle depending on the date.

Your farmer friend may be the one to best advise about elk on that 400 acres.

You may be right.
He mentioned that he sees a lot of bucks but nothing about elk.
