New Species discovered....
They are referred to as “homo slackass-Erectus” created by natural genetic downward evolution through constant spineless posturing, and spasmatic upper limb gestures, which new research has shown to cause shorter legs and an inability to ambulate other than in an awkward shuffling gait. The "drag-crotch" shape also seems to effect brain function. Expect no eye contact or intelligent verbal communication. History shows that this species mostly voted for Romney and receives food stamps and full government care. Unfortunately most are highly fertile.

It is an evolutionary adaptation.
Upon holding converse with these individuals, one has the reaction of wanting to kick them in the ass.
The shortened distance from their posterior to ones foot being a shorter distance. One cannot build up suficient kinetic energy in Ones chosen projectile {Size 12 boot} To upon impact, have the shock wave travel up the spine to the brain with enough force to curb said erratic behavior.

wth is it.
Any pointers for dealing with this new mutation. At first glance a short sharp sh!# hot lesson in the correct application of kinetic force manipulation and directional focus to the lower regions would get its attention. Followed by a short run should subdue the mutants. I think I passed one in the ditch the other day ,coyotes were being sick near by.
Open to suggestions.??

I heard that the government was going to put a bounty on them, but was reluctant to do so because they might be closely related to the sasquatch, but less intelligent.

I'm guessing it was originally, and someone took offense (not the OP I'm sure) and changed it. I think we all can see what is likely
Thank you, BTW!
Thank heavens I don't see much of this where I live! Maybe I'm just lucky, but wow - absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes I wish their pants would fall RIGHT off and trip them up!
