The dirty dog just sent me a pic of my foxes eye. Teasing me or holding it for ransom.

Darren at solitude taxidermy finished my fox and sent me pics. I think it looks fantastic and am very impressed. Can't wait to get it home. Lol.
A big shout out to Darren and Carolyn. Thanks again.
If someone could post the pics I'd gladly text them to you.

Thanks for posting. I don't think I could've taken it to better taxidermist. Solitude taxidermy all the way with no hesitation.

Are these the two under fire right now for posing with their lion and kissing? People are going stupid on Facebook over it.

Someone created a profile just to try and bash them on here. Stupid part is all it does is give them free publicity for their work as that grey fox looked awesome!

They have done a couple of bear hides for myself and friends/family. All of us were extremely happy with not only the quality of the work but also turnaround time. They were both very accommodating in regards to pickup and drop off times and seemed genuinely happy for us and our success. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I'll probably use them just to support them through all this, if I shoot any thing worth mounting haha

X2. I like the quick turnaround time and their work looks great. Never actually heard about them much before this. With all the positive reports on their work, I think I'll give them a try if I'm able to get something worth mounting!

I’m thinking the same.I have a bear in my freezer as we speak haven’t really started shopping for a taxidermist yet, still recovering from Spring breakup,lol.....but I’d say pretty confidently I just found my taxidermist.

The work that Solitude taxidermy does is second to none and they are very quick. I saw some big deer they did from hunting season last year and they are fantastic.
