Anyone got an update the algae bloom

fished there today from 2 to 8 ... out of provincial park launch ... no problems with the bloom ... no carpets of green on the surface .. 50 fish today ... 1 pike all the rest walleye ... bummer no tags ... sold out ... up to 3.5 lbs. 54 cm ... cheers doyle

We were out there last Thursday and there was some algae but nothing that hindered the fishing, filled my two over 50 tags in the first ten minutes and the other 25 or so was just for fun.

I checked a couple of days ago and Pigeon still had 214 Class C tags remaining.

My Son and I each filled our class A tags two weekends ago, and we caught fish in all tag size classes. We ould have easily filled any "limit" based on tag slot sizes that day....and we don't go anywhere near the Provincial Park
