Default Garlic marshmellows for trout?

Has anyone ever tried garlic marshmellows for trout. Saw some today at WWS, and was wondering if they work? Thanks.

Power bait is a better choice IMO.

Velveeta cheese for stocked rainbows is also great bait.

The ponds I fish, marshmallows outfish powerbait everytime. I find that cheese and shrimp scent also work well.

I have had days where I'm the only one catching fish at all. I keep an extra jar in the box to share. For times when everyone comes askin' "whatcha using for bait?"

I did not know they still made them.

Seen several old boys using coloured pop corn and that seemed to work very well.

I didn't know this until now. I'll try using garlic marshmallows and see if they work. I use power bait most of the time.
