Default isle lake

Has anybody been fishing isle lake lately i havent been there in a few years and was going to take the family there.

I heard it was 100% winterkilled. Scientists did a netting and caught nothing. So I wouldn't waste my time...

what is another lake that i can take the family to catch perch been out of the fishing scene for awhile i was thinking wabamun or alberta beach dont need trophys just a fun day out.

Nakamun is filled with perch, no monsters, but ok sized ones are in there, plus the occasional tiny pike. The ice is safe to drive on and the lake is easy to get to.

nak is the closed near edm. If you go to isle lake let us know how you did. Lakes normally don't 100% winterkill

Actually nakamun isnt closed read the regs...

Edit: sorry fishunter I think I misunderstood your post, you meant nak is the closest to edmonton right?
