Charles Lake info Needed for 09

Anybody been to Charles lake out of Fort McMurray, I'm heading out there in 2 weeks or so and just need to know what it's like up there, can anybody help, thanks

lots of lakers and pike on the shorelines. Take good bugspray ,anything with blue worked for me for lakers .Haven't been for a few years but I bet its still great fishing there.

You going to North or South? Cock Bay and the hen house are the two best spots for pike...

Thanks Safety D, do you have a map or know where I can get one, to find these bays.

Not sure which location I will be at. Is one better than the other.

either lodge you can access these spots. Cock bay is at around the halfway point of the lake. It is a small bay that is on the west side. The hen house is the river that comes into the lake just north of there on the east side. There is a picture of it in the new alberta fishing guide.
