Default gull or sylvan reports??

Well after a long haul I have decided to take a few days off since I didn't really have a day off since June 1 I think I deserve it. Anyhow just wondering if anyone here can tell me how the fishing has been on the lakes.

Default Sylvan

The wife and i went out on Sylvan, hot sunny and over run by speed boat's,skillfully made our way to the entrant point to Half Moon Bay and found where the water dropped from 10-12 ft to 35ft,right in front of the second last white bouy. The walleye were great, mid afternoon, pink, green and glow Jigs with Spotted Tailed Shinner's brought many from 2.5lb's to 1 that almost would have gone 6lb's.The magic depth was 12ft,great fun, hope you two get out and good luck!

Default gull or sylvan

Sounds great. I don't like the idea of all the speed boat though. Mabey I will try to make my way over there and see what all the fun is about. Might have to make it a week day though try and beat some of the speed boaters.
Has anyone been cathing any pike out there?
