Thubun Lake NWT Bachelor Party

Hey folks,
Its decided that my bachelor party is going to take place at Thubun Lake. I was just wondering if anyone has ventured out there and if so what tips do you have. The website boasts some giant pike and lakers.
Any info would be great!

Fished it 2 times. My dad has gone half a dozen times. Big pike and o.k for Lakers. I caught a 26 pounder but that was the largest ever out of all the trips that the guys I know have caught. Lots of 6-10 pounds and the odd 10-20 pound laker. My bigest was not too far from the lodge at a place I think they call the wall. It is a huge lake as well. be carefull and have fun.
