Meh, I would prefer a maintenance free exterior.

Only 16 mill? Interesting. If I buy that I will still have 44 mill of my winnings from tonight's lottery.

Is $5000/acre the going rate in that neck of the woods? The price would be right in line.

All the AO members should chip in a buy it for a AO clubhouse and recreational property. What is 16 mil to 69K members. That's only $ 231.88 per member.

Common guys, it’s only 16mils. I’m sure we can get them down to 15... let’s say we have 100 members here to pitch in.... that’s only 150,000 each... we can then rent it out by room, set up at least 50 spots for RV camping and that will pay for taxes.... there are only 5 bedrooms but I think there is a potential to make at least 10.
Ok so who is in?

Current owner is a great person...... elk hunters pester him lots and lots. Like all the other landowners around here.

Some fabulous trophies from the Dark Continent

Judging by the mounts the current owner is not opposed to hunting. Just prefers to keep it to himself.

I’m sure he is a great person, I wouldn’t know. Asking permission is pestering ? Lots of people in your neck of the woods give me permission without issues ! I made a comment on the amount of elk on the property, that’s all. Tell him to post a sign up to not bother asking to hunt ! Simple. I’ve never bothered him, I was told by his neighbors not to bother, so I don’t.

I wonder why they are selling? Splitting the sheets, perhaps? Tired of the wind? Weirdest laundry room I've seen! But then, I doubt she did her own laundry!!
