I have been taking a fly-in trip to Wylie Lake since 1994. Northern Sport Fishing was outfitter then. Rod Hanson I believe. We flew from river then in Fort McMurray. He had about 10 lakes. Louttit, Burstall, Wylie, Charles, Potts, and others. Rod sold it, bought it back, then sold it to Mikisew Sport Fishing. After Mikisew bought it, we flew from airport. Tim Gillies ran it for them. I have not gone since about 2009. I would like to go again but cannot make any contact with Tim Gillies or Mikisew. Does anyone have any info?

I just spo0ke with McMurray aviation and Formula Sports, no one is running a camp at Wylie at this time, as far as they know after Mikisew folded the leases were not taken over by anyone.
McMurray Aviation will fly you there however.
I would maybe contact Andrew lake Lodge and see if you can book a trip with them.

All the leases are still owned by Mikisew, but nothing is operational. Mikisew will dare I say, never give up those leases, as the band want's all the land use they can get...Anyway, Cat is correct with Andrew Lake Lodge, as they are the only one offering trips in that area.
