Did anyone see a pink 4 or 5 weight reel at the show? I bought a starter pink flyrod for my little girl off eBay and still need a reel.

Thanks

Made it in today just before closing. Got some feathers, and some Varivas line, tried some new fiber sticks. 3wt butterstick will have to be mine this season.

I built my girlfriend a pink rod... pink reels are rare but here's what I believe to be a complete list of brands that have them:

Elkhorn
Abel
Islander
dogwood canyon (bass pro)

The bass pro one is the only cheap one. I just went with a black and silver sage 2200 on hers.

PS did you get her the Ross Journey?

Went Friday. Got a great deal on some much needed grizzly hackle. Other than that, I found it to be pretty much the same show as a few years ago.

Grinr - did the exact same thing. Can't wait to get it on the Bow and the Missouri to try it out.
