Default chain lakes

any ice and catch reports reports back from chain looking to head out and catch some trout.

Been out there twice as it’s the closest to home both times sucked. Last time I even went way down to the narrows of the lake ice was much thinner down there but it still sucked only two trout all day. Current was going back and forth under the ice hard to keep the lure under my flasher.

Was out last week . Slowest fishing ive had there in about 20 trips. Only 1 bite from sunrise to noon . Marked a dozen fish good clear ice mabey 8"

8-10 inches of ice. No vehicles yet only a few quads. Only caught a few between 7am-11am and 1 sucker. Jigging with a piece of worm worked for me. Lots of hits but hard to land.
